At Rieker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Rieker box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
